Wellness Wednesday

Join us for an evening of healing, connection & creativity.

Starting at 5pm, there will be time to mingle, grab a beer, a personal charcuterie & some time to settle in and ground yourself for the evening.

At 6pm, we will start with a handcrafted herbal tea ceremony with Nina from Tincturebell to set our intentions for the night.

We will then go into an Energy Cleansing Session with Julia Kepper and Amy Morano featuring a guided breath-work meditation and tranquil sound bath.

Allow the frequency of the crystal singing bowls and rhythmic breath movement to resonate in your nervous system, releasing stagnant stress and replacing it with presence and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion etc, to ensure you can sit or lay comfortably during your experience.

Afterwards, there will be time to mingle, shop a couple vendors and make tea cup candles with Green Apothecary. Amy will also be offering tarot readings for a small fee.
